I went to bed and woke up with a sinus headache.  I decided it was going to have to be coffee for breakfast as I know it to often be helpful with these types of headaches.  I didn't take ibuprofen but I *really* wanted to.

I'm sorry to say that this cup of coffee didn't nix the headache.  A short while later I ate something proper.

I'd also been building up a pretty healthy case of cabin fever so I whisked baby off to a children's museum for a little bit before nap.  When we'd finished playing I was starving and decided to dip into my '*emergency*' Larabar stash.

Lunch was this way-super-easy fried eggs and avocado.  I was feeling lazy.  This is fast and good.

I ended up having a second cup of coffee after this because that headache was still lingering.  I laid down with the baby for an hour for a little meditation and rest and got up finally feeling better.   *Thank goodness.*

@codydeeds, his dad and the kiddos and I ended up going to Cracker Barrel for dinner.  I got this butter-less, season-less plate of hopefully W30 compliant options. 

Trout, sweet potato and broccoli.  Whole30 is the only time I've ever eaten at CB without bringing home leftovers or feeling stuffed.  I'm not 100% sure I was completely satisfied.

We took the kids to an indoor play park afterward and took turns playing with them and then playing on our phones for a break.  

As I wrote this I had an apple with almond butter which I did not picture.  I don't think I snacked every night, before this diet.  I'm wondering when the W30 energy-bliss kicks in.  Still waiting on that food-martyr bliss.

Maybe day 14?
