The video is a promo released by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards IRGC, as it seems,in 2019 showing side of the Iranian capabilities to deter and defend their country.

This is shared again after the Iranian bombing of Trump forces in Ain Asad military air base in west of Iraq using ballistic missiles. Sometimes showing fire power is to cool the hot heads in the foe camps.
