Por poco he caído al fondo del abismo…
Escúchame atento lo que hoy te digo:
Nunca te conviertas en el fuego que abrasa,
Sé, simplemente, una luminaria.

Nunca odies. Cuando actúas desde la ira,
tu propio dolor y veneno delatas.
Llamarada de fuego es tu voz cuando gritas,
humo cegador la herida que te sangra.

Si te consume el resentimiento, mira hacia dentro.
Huye de la venganza. Afronta tu duelo.
Construye para ti un lugar de re-encuentro
y procede a soltar lo que daño te ha hecho.

Con el paso del tiempo emergerá el perdón 
y caerá como un bálsamo sobre tu herida,
será el agua fresca que apagará el tizón
que desde adentro te consumía.

Con las cenizas marcarás tu cicatriz
y con lágrimas enjuagarás tus ojos,
para que cuando te vuelvan a herir,
recuerdes no dejarte incendiar por el odio.
