You wouldn't know that you are Happy if you have never been Sad. 

I believe that Happiness happens when we Grow as an individual, and that Sadness happens when we are in a place of stagnation, when we limit ourselves to the limited given circumstances.

I believe that Happiness is when you have found what you Love and share it with everyone else in the world.
And Sadness is when you haven't done that. So sadness is a guide that points you towards Happiness. It's an indicator of where you're at. If you're sad, you're not Happy, so you're not where you are meant to be, thus keep going forward.

Both is essential! When you don't experience bad you won't appreciatte good

If there has happiness all the time, life would be boring,right?
sometimes sorrow need to find the value of life though we did not want sorrow.

We learn, experience and live from contrast. Without differences, there would be no point of reference. I think the most important thing is that while there cannot be joy without sorrow, generally speaking, that doesn't mean that we have to suffer to "earn" happiness. We can work to make suffering momentary and fleeting, and happiness longer-lasting. We need not justify one with the other.
