<h3> What Is The Point Of Having Hope Some May Say? </h3>

I think that we all should have hope and faith in ourselves, but today I'm going to be arguing the other side as I thought it would be fun. Nowadays we are told to keep our chin up and through all the darkness hope will prevail, but hope can be delusional. Some may say that letting go of this misapprehension will be our only salvation.

All of us are hopeful in many things. That our lives will get better, and our struggles will mend themselves however our undying hope prevents you from letting go of strife. If we look at it from a different perspective, having faith IS trust as we are waiting and trusting some existential power to lift us from our hardships. 

<h3> Misplaced Hope is Dangerous </h3>

It may be good to have hope and be motivated, but the misplaced hope is a delusion. So be careful what you place your faith in as it can result in you being tossed into an endless spiral of nothingness and anxiety as you try to grasp onto something that isn't there.

I've likened hope to be like trust and our trust in something that is spawned from the confidence of strength and integrity of something. This intern tells us that this is a valid prediction and isn't an ill-advised hope, however, how do we know and where is absolute truth?

<h3> Where Can We Find The Confidence To From This Trust? </h3>

It would be wrong to assume that you don't trust anything because to be sceptical is to place your trust in the idea of proof and proper judgement and many of us have come to accept and advocate steem as we uncover its true working potential.

However, if someone has no trust in anything they I would deem as a genuinely open person. In fact calling that form of openness a "trust" is incorrect now that I think about it as trust involves a confidence in something but being completely open and transparent and not purely about confidence. Some may see this as a force of giving up s it doesn't require confidence.

Confidence in something would have to include some find foundations of proof and knowing only comes from collectively agreed upon ideas as true, or from an inner feeling that arises in the moment. Hope is void of knowing as you are waiting on a glimmer of chance rather than knowing good will come on the end.

<h3> Act On Hopes and Aspirations </h3>

I think that just relying on hope for an event to unfold or for you to find salvation doesn't just come about from just praying in anticipation but more from an action happening where something is done. I understand there are some circumstances where people are not in control and hoping is their only option, but most of the time many of us sit down and down chase our aspirations and dream.

I've read a few of @stackin's post, and it is one of my dreams to be able to use steem to be able to pay for rent, gas and electricity and not worry about if I'll have enough money to survive the month. Financial security and having a financial buffer is my greatest desire, and I've tried to attain that by posting and commenting every day.

We would rather stay dormant and not seek change. It takes too much energy some may say but perhaps having no trust is the ultimate form of trust as we have no kind of dependence on anyone so there is no reason to feel apprehensive and worried. As we see and learn things, it reveals a personal truth for each and every one of us, and that is grown from the seeds we planted with hope.

Despite the fact in this post I have argued the other side I'd like to stress that hope is not evil because it is a positive feeling that keeps us going in times of strife. Without hope, life would be pretty dull if we continually dwell in the past and not look forward to the future.
