My Running Log 2018-10-20 < 30K Pace Running A Week Before Half Marathon > ランニング記録2018-10-20 <ハーフマラソン1週間前の30Kペース走>

Today I ran 30km in the morning. As it is a week before a half marathon, I planned to run easily in order not to have heavy fatigue. 
今日は朝から30km走りました。ハーフマラソンの1週間前なので、重い疲れが残らないように、楽に走る予定でした。

But the pace spontaneously became faster than planned. As I didn’t feel so hard, I didn’t slow the pace forcedly and kept the pace till the end. As the result, I could do fulfilling  workout.
しかし、ペースが自然と予定より早くなりました。あまりきつくはなかったので、無理にペースを落とさず、そのまま最後までペースを維持しました。結果として、充実したワークアウトができました。

I suffered from diarrhea in the last Saturday’s workout, but today my gastrointestinal condition was all right during the workout. I’d like to keep up this good condition until the day of the race.
先週土曜のワークアウトでは下痢に苦しみましたが、今日はワークアウトの間、お腹の調子は大丈夫でした。レース当日までこの調子を維持したいと思います。
