ประโยชน์ของบีทรูท (Beet root )

สวัสดีเพื่อนๆทุกคนน้ะค้าา
ช่วงนี้อากาศเปลี่ยนแปลงบ่อยๆ เดี๊ยวหนาวเดี๊ยวร้อนเดี๊ยวฝนตก อย่างไงก็อย่าลืมดูแลสุขภาพร่างกายกันด้วยน้ะค้ะ พูดถึงเรื่องสุขภาพวันนี้เราจะมา แนะนำเพื่อนๆเกี่ยวกับผัก้ชนิดหนึ่งค่ะ ผักชนิดนี้ มีประโยชน์เยอะมาก  นั่นก็คือ "บีทรูท" (Beet root) หรือทเรียกอีกอย่างว่าผักกาดฝรั่ง หรือผักกาดแดง  พืชชนิดนี้จะโตในที่มีอากาศหนาวในประเทศไทยนิยมปลูกในภาคเหนือ บีทรูทสามารถช่วยยับยั้งเซลมะเร็ง ช่วยล้างสารพิษที่เกิดจากการสะสมในร่างกายโดยจะขับสารพิษออกทางปัสวะ ช่วยบำรุงโลหิต ช่วยให้เลือดไหลเวียนดีและยังช่วยให้ผิวพรรณดีอีกด้วย  บีทรูทจะนิยม นำมาปั่นกับเครื่องแยกกาก เพื่อเอาน้ำมารับประทาน รสชาติจะหวานๆเฟื่อนๆ แต่จะให้รสชาติดียิ่งขึ้นก็สามารถผสมผลไม้อื่นลงไปด้วยได้เพื่อรสชาติที่ดีขึ้น หลังจะปั่นเสร็จแล้วแนะนำให้ดื่มทันทีน้ะค้ะไม่ควรปล่อยทิ้งไว้ เพื่อจะได้รับคุณประโยชน์ได้อย่างดี  เพื่อให้ได้สุขภาพที่ดี ควรดื่มวันละ 2 แก้วแค่พอประมาณ ได้ทั้งสุขภาพที่ดีและยังได้ผิวที่สวยอีกด้วย  😲 ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/wlipb2w87b.jpg)ที่บ้านเราได้ปั่นให้ย่าดื่มทุกวันย่าจะบอกเสมอว่าดื่มทีไรรู้สึกโล่งตัวมาก ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/f42oq4g234.jpg)อายุ78 แต่สุขภาพร่างกายยังแข็งแรงอยู่เลย ผิวพรรณเปล่งปลั่งเหมือน60 อีกครั้ง55555 ![image](https://img.esteem.ws/fm1p8m3mn5.jpg)สดท้ายนี้ต้องขอขอบคุณเพื่อนๆทุกคนที่ติดตาม และคอยโหวดให้เสมอมาน้ะค้ะขอบคุณมากๆๆๆๆค่ะ🙏🏻

สวัสดีค่ะ @arisarathai, ยินดีที่ได้รู้จักนะค่ะ สำหรับวิไม่ค่อยถนัดหัวบีทรูทปั่นสักเท่าไหร่ที่ชอบจะเป็นพวกมะเขือเทศสดปั่น แต่ถ้าเอามาสไลด์ใส่ผักสลัดก็ชอบนะหั่นชิ้นบางๆ พอใส่ลงไปในจานสลัดแล้วทำให้น่าทานมากขึ้นค่ะ
