Capuccino se ha marchado

Capuccino se ha marchado. No sé a dónde o con quién. Yo salí de viaje por un mes y aunque había gente en casa, un día salió  y no regresó. 
Tal vez se sintió  triste por mi ausencia, creyó que lo abandoné. No lo sé...solo, no regresó. Lo he llamado, sueno el tazón de su comida, pero nada...  no me escucha y me embarga la tristeza.
Si tan solo supiera que se ha ido a otro hogar, que encontró pareja y, envuelto en el amor, decidió quedarse con su amada y no volver a casa.
Si tuviese la certeza de que está vivo y feliz, tal vez podré tener consuelo.
Capuccino fue mi fiel compañero, cuando íbamos _de excursión por mi jardín_. 
Yo nunca temía, porque él era mi guardián felino. Siempre iba adelante, abriéndome camino. Me sentía segura, porque él siempre se detenía, si percibía algún sonido extraño, algún animalillo reptando y eso me permitía ponerme alerta y tener mucho cuidado.
Capuccino encontraba antes que yo, a los escarabajos, iguanas, lagartijas; y con esa mágica conexión que teníamos, se agazapaba y movía la cola, volteaba a mirarme, como diciendo:
─ @armonia, ahí tienes una criatura interesante.
Yo simplemente le sonreía y caminaba de puntillas para no espantar el hallazgo y poder tomar las fotografías.
Algunas veces se me acercaba con un pequeño lagarto en su boca. Lo traía con delicadeza, sin hacerle daño  me lo soltaba allí.  Buenos sustos me daba. Yo le regañaba cariñosamente y él simplemente miraba para otro lado. 
También a veces, su instinto felino se imponía y yo encontraba algunas plumitas desparramadas por allí, entre los arbustos. 

Ahora temo adentrarme en el bosquecillo, sin mi fiel amigo, mi compañero de aventuras.
Quisiera imaginar que está vivo y feliz. Es una posibilidad. 
Pero, si ha fallecido? pues, en ese caso, creo que será un gran lucero en el cielo de los gatos.
Te amaré por siempre, querido  Capuccino.
Siempre quedas en mi corazón.

Hola @armonia,  entiendo tu tristeza es duro cuando un compañero así  se va, cuando era niño algunos años atrás tuve algunos perritos y lamentablemente se iban muy jovenes y me dejaban muy triste, por ello deje de tenerlos.  Pero seguramente está  feliz donde esté  y tu triste.

Lo lamento mucho, a mi me ocurrió algo similar y al igual que tú lo único que pasa por la cabeza es que haya llegado a un sitio donde lo quieran igual o más de lo que uno lo hizo :(
