In business, for example, you launch a new product, but suddenly your competitors copy this idea and grab all the clients. There is a possibility that you will feel annoyed right? Or maybe you suddenly lose confidence, or start to worry about launching other ideas again, yes -yes!!..emm

So that you are not curious, but take a look at my experience first! So this is how in a meeting we discussed the latest maneuvers that we must carry out to further advance the company. At that time we had not managed to find an idea that really fit or was good and right, we all came out of the meeting room with our minds busy searching. That same day, I did a small survey and research on the company, and within a few days I finally came up with a good idea in my opinion. However, before making a presentation to my superiors, I, who was a bit tense, tried to practice a little. And asked one of my co-workers as the audience. I actually trusted him a lot, so there wasn't the slightest suspicion when I did the rehearsal presentation in front of him. But then I realized it was one of my mistakes. He is indeed quite close to the boss, so it doesn't have to be long, he immediately shared my idea and took credit for it. An idea that was immediately approved, implemented by the company, and ended with a promotion for my colleague for his 'bright idea'.

At that time with honest confession I was annoyed when it happened. I tried to ask him about it, and he only replied lightly "Sorry, I just said it to the boss...", "But you can say it was my idea?" he just kept quiet.
Then when asked why I didn't tell this to my boss? I might be called too naive if I answered, "Well, even though this brilliant idea of ββmine is successful, the company is progressing. Not long after that but in my mind something like this occurred: Business competitors who imitate your idea or product, are nothing more than a reflection of you, a shadow. Reflection that can only see two dimensions of yourself. While for all the thoughts and journeys you have to go through is something they have never experienced. Meanwhile, we all learn from experiences in life's journey, not from our life goals. So no matter how successful your imitators are, there is one side of the idea that they can never copy.
Obviously (Experience) will present itself without being invited.
Is he very upset? It must be a human thing in my opinion. But other than that, I also feel sorry for him. Fine, he's in a better position now, but to be honest he's just walking in place. Or like using a door everywhere a fairy tale robot, which immediately arrives at the destination, so that he does not leave any traces along the way to the destination itself.

But what to pay attention to or while I? My brain will not onlystop there. I can still come up with some other ideas. And as long as I continue to have valuable experiences, I will keep moving forward. I was still able to make other changes, something the peer impersonating me couldn't do. Yes, it is clear that the motivational word for me personally is that there are two ways to spread light. That is to become a candle or a mirror that reflects it.
