3 Steps for Staying Accountable and On Track
One of the most powerful reasons for why people in the US find themselves stuck in a comfort zone is because they never start with the inner work. The old adage that you must begin with the end in mind holds true when it comes to starting your own business. You have to go ekit before you can go shopping. So if you want to succeed, you have to go ekit before you can sell anything.

Let's be clear about something: if you want to make a lot of money, you are not going to get rich by selling a few trinkets. What you will do instead is make sure you get rid of as much stuff as possible. That is the whole point of the inner work. Once you get rid of as much stuff as possible, you will have more room for adding on to your inventory.

What is meant by inner work? It is simply making sure you stay accountable to yourself for your action. For example, when you list out your goals, you should make sure to add very specific deadlines for each one. That way, you will stay accountable for your plans and you won't procrastinate.

The first step to moving beyond comfort zones is to do the inner work. You don't have to do brainwashing or deep meditation. All you need to do is to get honest with yourself about where you are today. Once you know where you are today, you can take steps to get out of the comfort zone and onto a path of real change. Once you do this, you will be able to look at the problems you have and solve them one item at a time.

One way to really take action in spite of the fact that you feel paralyzed is to take action on your dreams by using selfistry. You may think of this as a fad, but the bottom line is that people around you are taking steps in this same direction. You may not have known it, but everyone around you is taking a selfistry or dream journal. So, if you are paralyzed from fear and paralysis from self-doubt, you can start to develop a journal with yourself using some simple tools like stickers and other stickers that declare exactly how you feel at any given moment.

Another great way to help yourself get out of your own comfort zone is to start to see the world in a different way. Some of you may be comfortable saying you hate math, and some of you might not. Well, you can start to see the world as a whole filled with math problems. In the process of seeing math in a whole manner, you can also get rid of the deepest fear: the fear of knowing you are wrong.

Last but not least, you need to realize that you have to step outside of your comfort zone if you want real change starts to happen. If you are paralyzed by fear, then you can definitely find yourself avoiding all situations that might cause fear. It is similar with knowing that living life as an average Joe is not great for you. So, when you want lasting growth you have to get out of the comfort zone and start doing what is right for you.

These three steps are all related to staying accountable and on track. You have to take an honest look at your situation and see if there is anything you can do to get yourself moving forward. Once you start with the first big picture step, everything else follows very naturally. The first big picture step for lasting growth will involve you recognizing that you are in charge of your life and your future.
