It’s been raining heavily this afternoon which is perfect for me to work on my 3d visuals, I feel motivated during this weather. I live in a tropical country and so it’s normally warm & humid in normal days except when it’s raining. I don’t like to work in an airconditioned room and so I always leave my window open.
My room is facing the early morning sun which is good. The only problem is that the building in front of my room is reflecting the afternoon sun directly towards. That explains why I feel the warmest during the afternoon even though my room is in a good placement.
If I were the developer, I should have planned the buildings in a staggered placement to prevent them from facing directly on each other. The other solution is to add create fins on the facade to produce shadows on the face of the building to lessen the reflection of the sun towards the opposite building. I guess it’s too late to change anything right now. Hope to find a new place soon.

It seems that I talked too much about personal stuff in this post and I hope that’s fine. Anyway, let me just go straight on today’s 3d visual.
This is a new addition to my Modern House series which I’ve been working for almost 3 weeks now. Here’s #34:

In this design, I utilized the “Butterfly roof” style while maintaining the usual brown stucco plaster finish for the walls.
Here are the screenshots of the rest of the camera views.
