Find a way to resolve it or change your mindset. 😉 Just like a haircut can give you a lighter head, discarding anger/pain/negativity makes you feel lighter = happier. You will learn to appreciate the world again. This will be easier if you learn to have an improved mindset. Find what works for you because when I found what I found well it sure changed me. 😅 But of course a complete change doesn't happen overnight. Yesterday is an example. Oh I felt dirty when I was back to anger and being so negative. I am still human after all. I get annoyed and irritated too. Life is just a rollercoaster of emotions anyway. If I can get to a state of bliss all the time I probably wouldn't need to bother about simple little things and issues. The big issues still affect me of course. Getting rid of societal problems is not as easy as getting rid of your own negative thoughts and emotions. One step at a time. 👣👣👣 By the way I just got a haircut less than an hour ago.
