Between Monday and Thursday I’m spending about an hour each morning curating articles that are tagged #artzone. I’m looking for original, quality content, checking the authors’ history, etc. And reputations, too, I’m always looking for undiscovered talent and I’ll try not to show you something you’ve already seen.</div>

The pencil work in this piece is amazing, I’m also a big fan of portraits. He drew someone I’ve never heard of named Sam Smith—you’ll know who he is after viewing this article. This artist is very comfortable with any type of medium and their blog is proof. Sometimes I have to use my google translate app to read these articles—this is one of them and I’m glad I did! It’s a pencil drawing that illustrates music and shadows—two of my favorite things. How this artist turned a drawing piece into a life-like gif is something I haven’t figured out yet. Check it out:
