Head of Public Relations, the conference was held to gather key stakeholders from Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT), Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) and Greater Mekong Sub Region (GMS ).
"The conference is expected to generate a common platform for stakeholders in ASEAN to demonstrate green development efforts based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's)," said Dody Haykal.
The first Green City Conference focuses on the topic of the IMT-GT Green Cities Action Plan, building a resilient city for climate change, sustainable transportation for green cities, energy efficiency and green campus as a learning center for the city.
The delegation of Kota Banda Aceh, besides the Mayor also joined the Assistant for the Economic and Development Sector of Iskandar S Sos MSi and the Regional Planning Experts for Banda Aceh City Planning Bappeda.
