LAB's are popular known to be present in yoghurts and Yakult drink and they are beneficial bacteria for our digestive tracts. they are also great decomposers in the garden they help break down organic matter twice as fast compared to normal decomposition. I have used my own concoction of LABs to eliminate odors in my kitchen and toilet. I was skeptical at first, but when I have tried it myself, those bad odors just went away in minutes! I also use it for my fish and my homemade bio-filter  in my aquaponics setup to help breakdown nutrients.
