Did you have a strong grip?

***Gripping is something that you have to hold depend on the weights or the shapes.***

Mostly everyone had different level of strength between right and left hand. Like mine, I had more strength on my right hand. My dominant hand is right. *(command people had)*

It shows that slightly different reading right compared to left side with the difference 3 lbs.. *(the red arrow)*

Seem there is no significant difference between my right and both hand. ☺

Weakness happens due to many causes and mostly because of the pain or numbness. I had experience with dequervain before and the pain aggravates by overuse...

It's take me 3 month to ease the pain, meanwhile I can't do work using my left hand.. Luckily for me, it's my left hand...😅

So, take care of your hand and love your hand..
