I can’t believe the first week of my 32 weeks Bodychange challenge is over. I have to admit I am not very happy with how it went. Both of my kids were very sick and this is why it was almost impossible for me to exercise. I did some hula hooping but not as often as I planned... I used to skip breakfast very often and then started to eat almost continuously because I felt hungry. We had noodle soup for example. So in principle I was quite pleased with my diet but there was one thing I was not happy about... I definitely drank too little water. I always have to remind myself to drink because I usually don’t feel thirsty at all. There are days where I drink one glass of water and that’s it. I know this is not healthy and I am working hard on me to become more responsible with this issue. But this week was terrible. I have to find a way to drink at least 2 liter a day. Any recommendations how I can remind myself? **Sports** As I already mentioned before I am not happy with the amount of sport I did this week. I blame it on the kids - lol! But I will definitely work on this for the next week. My number one favorite exercise is hula hooping. It was a lot of practice until it worked well for me and now I do my hola hooping while watching TV at night before I go to bed. My goal is to workout with my hula hoop for 30 minutes every day. I like workouts I can do at home best because that means I am not dependent on the weather or so. **weekly weightloss** Although this hasn’t been the perfect week for me, I lost 300g (10.5 oz) and I am very happy with that result. Good luck on your bodychange challenge! Even though your kids were ill, you were able to lose a bit weight. That's very positive. Eating is important so it's great that you managed to eat healthy :) Maybe you could prepare a big bottle of drink for the next day like you did it with your breakfast to help you with your drinking problem. And your target is to empty it until the evening or something like that. Btw I also love to do Hula Hooping :)
