If you want to eat the best dumpling noodles in Aceh, it's in Bireuen. This small town has many good culinary spots, including dumpling noodles. You can search for dumpling noodles in a search engine about dumpling noodles in Bireuen City, certainly Apilin dumpling noodles will appear.

I don't just rely on information from search engines to get my favorite dumpling noodles in Bireuen. In the past, there was one famous dumpling noodle in Bireuen, the name of the seller was Afat. But when I asked my nephew who lived in Bireuen, she did not know and had never heard.

My niece instead recommended Apilin’s dumpling noodles. It’s location on the outskirts of Bireuen City. Once the name was Jalan Bakti, now it has changed to Jalan Yusuf Bahrun. That location is very familiar with me because I was raised in Bireuen.

I invited the family to eat dumpling noodles in Apilin. My niece said, Apilin’s dumpling noodles are delicious, but the portions are very small. I think the term "small portion" can be different for everyone. 

But if my teenage niece says "small portion", I think that portion is very small indeed.

And…. When the noodles is came on my table, my niece was right. The amount of noodles in the dish is very small compared to similar noodles that I bought elsewhere. If you want to eat big, have to buy two portions.

How about of taste?

Apilin dumpling noodles are very tasty. The texture of the noodles is very soft, chicken meat and seasoning is also very pronounced on the tongue. Red chili sauce is runny, not too spicy so it's convenient for me who doesn't like spicy food.

Eating Apilin dumpling noodles can be combined with a variety of delicious drinks located next to it. On the right side of Apilin dumpling noodles, there are several coffee shops that are an option. 

If you want, visitors can order dumpling noodles from Apilin but eat it in a coffee shop. Such habits are justified in some places, although there are also restaurant managers who prohibit them.

So, if you want to big eat, have to order two or three portion  when eating Apilin dumpling noodles.[]
