Nvidia GTX 750 TI SC ----- old school energy saving mining card

  With interest expressed in mining tests from a previous post I did about <a href="https://steemit.com/mining/@azfix/access-to-many-older-and-newer-gpus-and-a-ryzen-1700-cpu-for-testing">Multiple GPU mining tests</a> I wanted to follow up with my results for mining the following coins with a gtx 750 TI.

Decred
LBRY
Zcash
Zcoin
BTX
Musiccoin
Ethereum

Decred on the 750 ti Runs hot but its very stable and we get 628 MH with a slight GPU overclock, you can underclock memory slightly also.

LBRY is a hot one right now and it also run hot on the 750 TI  WITH 56 MH with a slight overclock stable

Zcash is not the best on this card but it will grab you some while slowly sipping power at 77 sol/s at stock speeds

Zcoin runs better on newer architecture with more memory, but the 750 TI can still mine some! With 170 kh/s and a heavy GPU overclock it will get you some Zcoin with very low power usage.

Bitcore(BTX)  This is a new one using Timetravel10 mining algo that turns the 750 ti into a personal hand warming device. With stock settings you get 3800 kh/s and you notice the heat they generate with this mining algo.

Musiccoin still has a small enough dag file for 2gb video cards to mine and the 750 ti is no exception. Expect about 8 mh/s at stock speeds with reasonable power usage and heat.

Finally with Ethereum the 750 TI gets stopped cold with the large dag file way over the 2gb size on the 750 ti

i think you shouldnt mine on that card if you want to make profit but for just mining for fun thats a really good card to start with it

Yes that's exactly what I did years ago and I still fire them up now and then, but I mostly use GTX 1060 and RX 470 cards now. I am doing these posts for people who have older cards and want to test them out with mining as a hobby. The final card review will be a GTX 1070
