# Halbfertige Dinge sind auch fertig

Im Grunde gibt es nix schlimmere für mich als Halbfertige Dinge zu erschaffen. In folgendem Beispiel war dies aber genau so gewünscht.

Der Besteller wollte quasi nur die Grundstruktur des Geschenkes von mir haben. Witzig dabei ist, das es sich hierbei um eine Bestellung von 20 Stück handelt. Naja manchmal bin auch ich nur eine Moneybitch und gebe gerne für das nötige Kleingeld halbfertige Sachen ab. Im Grunde dient das Brett als Untergrund. Drauf werden dann Schriften geklebt und Gegenstände fest gemacht um dies dann zu verschenken ..... immerhin hat sich der Besteller über den Prototyp sehr gefreut.

Positiv ist, das ich ab sofort nur noch 8 mm Bretter nutzen brauche, diese sind einfach zu sägen.

Der Prototyp war ein 12 mm dickes Brett, was für meine Handstichsäge echt ne Herausforderung war.

Ist ja kein Wunder bei ner Größe von 74 x 40 cm.
Zwischenzeitlich ist die Säge derart heiß gelaufen das ich mir fast die Hand verbrannt hab.

Also ich mit dem Herrn Besteller gesprochen und genau gefragt wozu er das braucht, was sie damit machen wollen!!!! Ich hab gleich noch ein 8mm Brett mitgebracht und ihm gezeigt das seine Vorhaben mit einer dünneren Variante auch möglich sind.

Bloß gut 😊 ! Sonst würde mich meine Säge irgendwann verfluchen.

Ja nach gut 3,5 h war das Teil dann auch fertig ausgesägt, abgeschliffen und abgeflammt. Fertig zur Auslieferung. Mir persönlich irgendwie zu kahl. Aber ich glaube sie werden dem Brett mit ihrem Vorhaben genug Anerkennung geben und es gut aussehen lassen.

Für wenn ich diesen Stück Holz erstellte werde ich Namentlich hier nicht erwähnen, ich denke aber das jeder an Hand der Form erkennen könnte um wenn oder was es sich handelt.
Nun ja, jetzt werd ich mich aber erstmal auf Prüfung und Hochzeit konzentrieren und dann die restlichen 19 Stück basteln.

Das soll es aber für jetzt auch mal von mir gewesen sein. Ich bin dann mal wieder fleißig am Lernen.

Ja ein schöner Auftrag. Wie in den Kommentaren schon gelesen dreieinhalb Stunden hätte ich jetzt so auch nicht vermutet . Wenn man sich das Pilotprojekt mal anschaut sind ja echt viele viele Kanten und Rundungen dabei. Wenn ich das machen würde wäre es nicht in Stunden sondern in Tagen zu berechnen ol liebe Grüße Michael

Ich bin ja froh das ich’s so fix geschafft hab. Erst hab ich ja gemeint meine Säge verendet erbärmlich an diesem Holz. Ich bin froh das die restlichen dünner werden können .

huhuh... ja das geht alles :D  Zeit ist relativ. Wenn ich um 15:30 heim komme ist immer noch genug Zeit. Aktuell mach ich ja tatsächlich fast nix ausser lernen, bissi hier schreiben. Das letzte Teil was ich gepostet hab , dieser Reifen,  ist ja vor längerer Zeit schon entstanden, wollte den nur mal veröffentlichen. Wenn das jetzt ne Arbeit gewesen wäre, die noch hätte ein gescheites Design gebraucht, hätte ich zwar angenommen, aber mit der Aussage das dies nicht vor Ende Juni fertig wird, da ich tatsächlich keine Zeit hab im Moment. Bei dem Teil ging es dann aber doch noch so gerade, da es ja relativ schnell zu machen war. Wie gesagt rund 3,5 h mit den nötigen Pausen für die Säge und die Hand

# Semi-finished things are done too

Basically, there's nothing worse for me to create than half-finished things. But in the following example this was exactly what I wanted.

The customer just wanted to have the basic structure of the gift from me. The funny thing is that this is an order of 20 pieces. Well, sometimes I'm just a moneybitch and like to give away half-finished things for the necessary small change. Basically the board serves as a base. On it then writings are stuck and objects are made firm around this then to give away ..... After all, the customer was very happy about the prototype.

Positive is, that from now on I only need to use 8 mm boards, these are easy to saw.

The prototype was a 12 mm thick board, which was a real challenge for my hand jigsaw.

So I talked to the master orderer and asked exactly why he needs what they want to do with it!!!! I immediately brought along an 8mm board and showed him that his projects with a thinner variant are also possible.

After a good 3.5 hours the part was sawn out, sanded and flamed. Ready for delivery. Somehow too bald for me personally. But I think they will give the board enough recognition with their plans and make it look good.

For when I created this piece of wood I will not mention by name here, but I think that everyone could tell by the shape if or what it is about.

Well, now I will concentrate on the exam and the wedding and then I will make the remaining 19 pieces.

But that should be it for now also from me. Then I am busy learning again.
