This fast was/is a little harder than usual. I'm not hungry as such, but I really want to break the fast.
I don't know what to blame for the difference, so I'm just trying to make it through somehow.
On the other hand, I'm trying to decide about two things.
1) The all meat experiment. I was on a carnivore diet for quite a long time, but I really didn't so a lot of fasting while on it. I kept intending to, I just never did it. Maybe now, since I have so much more experience fasting, I could get some good information on that whole idea.
2) In recent entries, I mentioned that on days that I am eating, it's hard to keep to my schedule. Usually I do, but looking back, it's always been hard. I wonder if that's always been part of my problem. A way to deal with this might be to truely do a formal OMAD. Fix all the food I'm going to eat, sit down and eat it, then close the kitchen.
As I was writing this I realized that #1 is just a curiosity, but #2 is a problem with a potential solution.
