Details of Lifeline employee attack for email to organizations
On September 18th 2018, just before noon, I was sitting in the lobby of my apartment house, waiting for my laundry to dry, when I saw a man in greenish scrubs and an illegible nametag come to the door. He had his cell phone out, away from his ear, on speaker phone, and I could hear someone talking on it and then a beep.

He tried the door, which of course did not open. As a security measure, we have a call box you must use to call the resident. I gestured and called loudly to him to tell him to use the intercom instead of his cell phone, but instead he started knocking on the door and waving me to come to him. I repeated, in a loud voice, to make it through the glass, "You have to use the intercom".

At this point I plainly heard him call me a "motherfucker" and he walked out. I could see him on the sidewalk calling on his phone again. In a little while the resident came to the door and they both left in his car.

A short time later, they came back. Because he had been so hostile before, I thought to turn on my camera on my cell phone. At this point I was a little angry, but I just asked him why he cussed me out, and asked if he had learned about the intercom. He said nothing, and walked the resident back to her room.

When he came back, he stepped around the corner and took a photo of me. I asked him again if he had learned about the intercom, he made some comments which I think were intended to intimidate me "Watch your words!", then walked up to me saying, "Since you got your phone on" and slapped the phone out of my hands.

I immediately called 911 and reported it, filed a police report later when the officer came, and then called the company he was representing, and requested that the attacker be fired.

The company promised to get back to me after a meeting but then failed to do so over a week. At that point, because of my email to mhaney@lifelinehomecare.org , the company told me they would not release the name of the employee, indicating that he was still an employee. They offered to pay for my phone's damage, indicating their employee's involvement in the matter.

At this point, on the suggestion of many people on social media, I am reaching out to your organization and others in hopes that you can help me assure that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I am not suing, not asking for damages, I am simply concerned that this kind of person, who snaps violently and attacks elderly disabled people, is still working for their company. They have the video and acknowledge that their employee was responsible. When they didn't know, it was excusable - now they know.

You can find the relevant portion of the video at this link https://d.tube/#!/v/baerdric/cigtoocr

Please advise me if there is anything else I can do, or if there is someone else I should be talking to about this.
