Good morning guys, this is @bait002 the founder of the offline minnow school where minnows are mentored and groomed. I have been writing to help those who need to learn image optimisation for some days now and today, I gave some tools in my last post and now I'm giving more. ## Tools that can help you with your blog’s images and photos

6. [Dreamstime](http://dreamstime.com/)

They have both premium and free area. The free image are cool but not as close to good quality as you’ll get if you were a premium user. It is a good place to start, however you will need to attribute them.

7. [Death to Stock](http://deathtothestockphoto.com/)

This is a great site where images are sent to your email in a big package at the end of each month. I like their strategy! Since it is narrowed down and focused.

8. [WP Smush](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/)

This is a great tool for WordPress users who are adopting Steempress (a tool created by @fredrikaa and @howo) where you can post on WordPress and it at the same time appears on your Steemit blog. So if you have a wordpress blog and also a Steemit blog this plugin is a powerful tool you will need, since it allows you to smush your images automatically on your WordPress dashboard instead of having them done with other apps before you upload them.

9. [Cloud Flare](http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/C/CDN.html)

Cloud Flare is a content delivery network that helps you speed up loading time of your webpage by using more better or say, efficient servers around the world. Consider it an option if you own a blog that uses loads of photos. This tips works for those who link their WordPress to their Steemit blogs using Steempress.

10. [W3 Total Cache](https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/)

To cache a plugin is one of the most efficient way of speeding up some type of images. Once again, this works pretty well with WordPress.

11. [Pixelmator](https://itunes.apple.com/au/app/pixelmator/id407963104?mt=12)

This is a powerful tool you could use for editing images if you're using a Macbook. Consider, it an alternative if you do not wish to use an app as big as photoshop.


The next post will contain some other tools. So far we've gotten 11 more will be coming after now. I hope to wrap this up with the next post so as not to make the series a total boredom.

## PHASE 1:

At this stage we teach some minnows a,t our offline classroom to help attain self-sustenance. These minnows will then work with us as a team, reproducing other minnows. Currently, we have just wrapped up with Phase 1. And Phase 2 which is more demanding kicked off already.

## PHASE 2:

This basically is the core of the vision is to raise steem-backed entrepreneurs of young people. The method through which we execute the absolute idea goes as follows;
* SKILL ACQUISITION PROJECTS: where various skills will be taught to foster the emergence of new entrepreneurs that thrive on voluntarism.

* THE MINNOW SCHOOL TALENT HUNT: we greatly hope to give minnows who are not really writers but have other gifts such as singing, painting, dancing, acting a platform to express themselves and get their creativity beyond their minds. Basically, we are giving these young people a voice and ultimately awaken the writer in them.

* THE MINNOW SCHOOL ART/MUSIC EXHIBITIONS: here talented young people will get to showcase their talents and the value they have to offer to the community. We will be sponsoring art projects and professional music careers will emerge with this.
