Are you investing on Bitcoin and Altcoins?

We have been seeing a bearish trend for the past one year. Last year the cryptocurrency market was blooming and that is when I started my journey in Steem as well. But for the past one year I have been seeing how the market is showing a bearish trend. It is quite true that we all don't want the bear market but for any market to be healthy, there should be an ascend as well as descend. If the price is moving in just one direction it is not good for us and we should not be investing on such markets. So the ups and downs that we see in cryptocurrencies is actually very good. I have been observing the price of bitcoin for the past few days after I received a notification from one of the apps in my mobile.

It looks like bitcoin price is pumping but the other alt coins are falling. I'm not sure if this is a good sign for a bullish trend or not. Usually when bitcoin price increases there will also be a considerable increase in the price of alt coins as well. But currently I see a fall in the price.

Steem is currently in the 53rd position in coinmarketcap website and I don't know why it is far behind and how it went there. I guess it takes 53rd position based on the market cap. From what I see like all other coins, the price of steem is also falling gradually. It is not very good but I see this as a good opportunity if the price falls below 20 cents. I will definitely be going a good investment if price of steem falls below 20 cents. I have already invested my fiat when the price was 2 $ so seeing the price in 20 cents is not a big deal to do my investment.

Okay coming back to the topic, are you also investing on Bitcoin and Altcoins. As a wise man said once, there can be several coins and tokens but the popularity of Bitcoin will never fall and when the market sees a bullish trend, people who invested on Bitcoin will be the first person to grab a big profit. I'm thinking of investing a little bit on bitcoin gradually so that if at all some bull run happens, I will be able to see some profit. The price of most of other alt coins are dependent on the price of bitcoin in one way or the other. So, I feel that it is wise to stay invested in bitcoin as well.

This is a normal experience to me since I have been in crypto sphere. This is Bitcoin season and when Bitcoin stops pumping, we will experience the alternate coins season. 

Investing in bitcoin is a very good idea, as it will be a store of value someday. But since I am unable to purchase 1 bitcoin, I prefer investing in alternate coins because of their rapid increase in price movement unlike bitcoin with a very huge market cap.
