Honey is most widely consumed raw or directly for health benefits. It can also be combined with water or milk or other supplements to get good results.

## Honey with Water

Honey when combined with water can give you amazing results. If you feel tired, mix one teaspoon of honey with water and consume. You will be rejuvenated immediately. Mixing honey with cold water can be helpful in reducing weight. It is also believed that if you consume honey with hot water in empty stomach in the morning, it can provide multiple health benefits. 

## Honey with Milk

When honey is mixed with warm milk and consumed every day, it is believed to provide good glowing skin and strength to the body. After milking from the cow, if we immediately mix honey with that milk and drink, there is a good possibility for increase in fertility and sperm count. Honey can also be mixed with goat's milk and consumed. This can be helpful in regulating the body temperature. 
 
## Honey with daily food

Usually honey need not be treated as a medicine alone. A person can use honey along with daily food as well. If honey is consumed every day with regular food, it is capable of increasing the weight of a person. Usually this options I prescribed for people who are under weight and trying to put on some weight. When consumed with regular food, honey can give you good digestion power. 

## Dried fruits with Honey

Fig and dried grapes are soaked in Honey and kept for 48 days. After that when consumed daily, it helps in preventing heart diseases. It will also increase the strength of the person. But we have to be a bit careful about the quantity as too much of consumption can also lead to constipation. 

## Honey with Egg

For people who do exercise on a regular basis, egg and honey can be a good combination. With one egg, you can combine two teaspoon of honey and consume to get good strength. This strength is very helpful for people who work out every day. 

## Honey with other herbs

There are several herbs with which honey is used to prepare medicines. From basic medication to advanced medicines, honey has been one of the most important ingredient. Honey when mixed with other herbs, can be really helpful in improving the digestion power. In Ayurveda and Siddha medication, a proper herb and honey combination can cure lots of diseases. 

## Honey with coconut water

People also mix honey with coconut water and consume. Coconut water is usually very helpful in regulating the body temperature of a person. It will also help in rejuvenating a person from stress and strain. 

## Honey with ginger

For people who have continuous vomit, it is believed that ginger and honey combination can help in removing the vomiting sensation. An extract prepared from ginger juice when mixed with honey can help in digesting the undigested food in the stomach.
