Tonight I returned to visit the location "Wagen Coffeshop" which is located in downtown Lhokseumawe. I want to gather with young people who have been wondering about Steemit for a long time, they are young people who are active in youth activities in Indonesia. We support each other in providing motivation for the work and daily activities that we do.

I once communicated with them and offered to invite them to join #Steemit. I chatted with them and tried to share experiences about #Steem and #Steemit . Actually they have also received information about #Steemit from several other friends who gathered with us, The Youth Steem team. We are still learning together and exchanging ideas to interact with each other in discussing the development of the Steemit platform.

<center>**Promoting and Mentorship**</center>

In this meeting they managed to verify the #Steemit account with the help of @muhajir169 and @alvin.steem. I helped them young people in terms of making #Achievement1 for self-introduction, then immediately promoted. That night they asked me to teach him how to apply a Steemit account in his daily activities. This will help him in promoting his daily routine and activities in the form of original content on Steemit.

So I responded well and wanted to help them become mentors in completing some of the #Achievement1 and some other requirements he had to complete. Me and @muhajir169 are indeed active in promoting #Steem and #Steemit, but for this opportunity we give @alvin.steem the opportunity as a promoter. Then my job is just to guide them in making a #Introduce to complete #Achievement1, this is a requirement in the Newcomers community.

<center>**Account registration process**</center>

We have helped register a Steemit account for @muhammad.reza, according to his full name on Resident Identity. Then we try to help and guide @teuku.muhaimin to join some #Steemit communities. In this case they need a mentor as a Mentorship to help them in completing the self-introduction post. They want to learn more about the policies implemented in the #Steemit community, this is very important to add insight for all of us in developing creativity on the Steemit platform.

This is generally done by every newcomer to complete #achievement1 in the Newcomers community. We represent the "The Youth Steem Community" team ready to help and we are all still learning about #Steem and #Steemit. I'm happy that they have joined and this will increase the popularity of #Steem and #Steemit among Indonesian people and youth. This also really helps us in implementing the Vision and Mission that we developed with the “The Youth Steem” team in Indonesia.

<center>**We're Learn with Steem**</center>
Me, @muhajir169 and @alvin.steem helped and we have been mentors in helping them complete #Achievements1 and #Tasks1 as newcomers to Steemit. I've explained how to create a new post, how to contribute to the Steemit community and asked them to quickly complete the next few achievements and we are here to help. On this occasion I have explained some important points about the Steemit platform, I gave them a basic overview based on my experience of Steemit.

As a result, we have interacted for Mentorship activities and have done #Learnwithsteem work and supported #Newcomers. Hopefully this will be a good start for them to be creative on #Steemit . Hopefully they get verification approval soon and get labeled by the "Greeteer/Greeteer Helper" in the Newcomers community. Ease we also hope that they are well received in several other Steemit communities.
