今回のtasteemのテーマは‘思わずお酒がすすんでしまうお店’ということで、美味しい焼き鳥が食べれるお店をご紹介します。

#### **_蘭奢待(らんじゃんたい)_**

焼き鳥のお店で珍しくミシュランの星を獲得しています。
<br>

店内はそんなに広くはありませんが、大きなセラーがあり、ウイスキーや焼酎などの蒸留酒は置いておらず、日本酒とワインなどの醸造酒のみを置いているというこだわりのあるお店す。

夜はおまかせコース料理のみです。

皮がパリパリしてて、お肉はとってもジューシー。こんなに美味しい胸肉は初めて食べました。

鶏肉は比内地鶏が使われています。
一本一本丁寧に焼かれて、とっても美味しいです。
ミシュランの星も獲得したことのあるお店でさすがという感じでした。

スタッフの方も気さくでサービスも良かったです。

私はお酒が強くないので梅酒しか注文しませんでしたが、こだわりのお酒がたくさんあるので、美味しい焼き鳥を食べながら飲むと最高じゃないでしょうか。
