Being CREATIVE with My NEOXIAN Project!

As I began this project I wasn't sure how to make a 'sign' per say. I am using my skills while working with my hands and machinery I know. The effects intended are a brilliant sign with the classic Neoxian colours of violet, blue, and pinkish tone. How it will shine through needs some thought as lights in the background tend to bleed into areas we don'e want.

First I needed to get an elevated opaque black backing. This required taping the back to get perfect areas to glue the backing.

I am using a 1/4 inch elevation out of opaque Soft Rubber. I make sure to cut to the dimensions so that it has even elevation and no chance of light to bleed through other then inside the sign.

I apply a hea gun to make sure the glue bonds properly. Don't want the backing coming apart prematurely.

I then fine grind any areas that might look uneven. 

AND.. VOILA! Now once my LED lights come in, this sing is going to rock!
