Having some mobility issues definitely made things quite interesting !! The Kettlebell Swing provides so many great benefits in executed correctly! <b>Such as</b> Increased Power Increased Muscular Endurance Increased Aerobic Capacity Increased Anaerobic Capacity by the end of the 10,000 my mobility had also increased dramatically ! If you are game and want to take on the 10,000 in 10 challenge please make sure you get your technique critiqued by an accredited Kettlebell Instructor to make sure no injuries occur!

Interesting but what kettlebell weight are we supposed to use. The current one i use, max is 600 per day. It's one of the best pieces of equipment i bought and so versatile. Whether swings, pistols, get-ups.
