Hey Guys! It's been a while since I wrote a full blog and with my Steemit leave coming to an end next Wednesday I thought I'd reflect on my time off. At the start there I wasn't sure if I could wean myself off over a year's worth of Steemit and Discord habits. I'm pretty sure my first week (or two) was spent exploring, meeting new people and joining new communities > Shout out to my peeps at @onelovedtube and @helpie. I even managed to listen in to a couple of shows on MSP waves. It was amazing to feel the freedom of having no responsibilities. # I love you DTube! As soon as I began my DTube career everything changed. I felt like I had more time (despite my upload speed being horrendous) and more freedom to create. One of the things I love the most about vlogs (once I got over hearing myself talk) is how I can share more of my world. I've been able to video some of my pours, walk you through the garden, show you what I'm currently up to. This past month has been therapeutic and it feels good to feel like 80% of my old self. Thank you @dtube β€ for the amazing service and support. # Here's some pictures! Those didn't get to watch my vlogs here are some photos to sum up what I've done on my time off.  >Orgonites this week!  > Bought a box from gumtree and painted it.  >I planted ranunculus. Best decision ever.  >Look at them! These are 3 of the 5 vases I have filled with ranunculus around the house.  >I also planted lilies. They've shot up and grown so much in 2 weeks. Is it too much to hope for flowers by Christmas?  >I protected the strawberry plant and look, I don't think I've see this many strawberries on it ever!!  >Planted seedlings!  >Smelled the roses... π # Health wise... I'm not gonna lie. I still have my fragile snowflake moments but overall I no longer have the intense stomach pains that was my every day. Food, lots of food, rest, no stress and art. Lots and lots of arts and crafts definitely helped. # Moving forward.. I'm liking my life right now. I'm definitely calmer and more grounded and I like this me. Everything considered I will be making some changes when I come back next week so I can continue on this current path. I've realised just because I can doesn't mean I have to take tasks and responsibilities on. It's perfectly ok to say NO to things. Also, boundaries and personal care especially in regards to health is important. As much as I've enjoyed my time off I'll be honest and say I've missed you crazy bunch. I did a quick stalk of my usual tags and people and realised I've missed a lot. I'll be catching up quick next week though! Until then I think I'll spend my last few days gaming. I hope your Thursday is amazing!

The first time my youngest did a video, he came and showed it to me but hadn't replayed it himself first, he wanted me to see it as soon as he was done. After a bit he turned and said to me "Is that what I really sound like?" XD So will you be doing dtube as well as blogs in your comeback? Thanks Ry, I've missed you!! The box came out ok right?! I still need to put more layers of paint on it but I'm pretty happy with how she turned out. The voice thing is a shocker. It's probably why @krystle will never get an openmic submission from me ever. I've tried, listened back, and I didnt sing for a few months after it lol So was that how he really sounded? :D I'll probably stick to DTube most days. I'm not feeling well today and didnt feel like talking thus the normal blog. But Im hoping to eventually get to a point where Im ok to be in front of the camera and talk so I need to keep dtubing. I actually prefer vlogging more than blogging. I just need to do a better job at it lol. Yup. Hearing you on the balance front! I was actually thinking of how to shift things around so I can get to have my cake and eat it too. . Venus is currently on retrograde so relationships are in the spotlight for re evaluation until mid Nov. So thats definitely coming across and helping me sort through my relationships.

I'll take your word on it needing more coats but it looks great from all the way over here XD I bet the singing wasn't as bad as you thought it was XP Yep he sounded exactly the same in the video but obviously he sounds different to himself.
