How would the career and employment sector look like if there would be no limitation of possible skills you can develop, proof, share and use? •    The Skyllz platform empowers people based solely on their abilities and talents. 
•    Users have to be anonymous to avoid bias in the ratings and possible fraud in the system. 
•    At least three anonymized ratings from different raters are required to allocate Proof-of-Skill for a particular skill.
•    Only those solutions that have a positive impact on the ecosystem will be accepted.
•    All skill ratings and SKT transactions are public and accessible to anyone, avoiding centralization
•    The Skyllz Distributed Platform only tracks achievements and does not store under-qualifying work.
•    The solutions and features of the platform should focus on market innovation, adaptation and society’s needs.

#### Workkola and the Team

The team behind Skyllz initiated this talent empowerment movement in February 2015, under the name of Workkola.     Its members seem to have a broad experience in business, design and blockchain development. The project focuses mainly on students who are digitally-skilled and wants to build their talents to help them find greater job opportunities through a challenges marketplace.  Workkola team currently hosts 20,000 users and 1,500 companies in their community.
