I was just sitting down this afternoon thinking about life and its problem and how to cope.

I was so sad and I was seeking for happiness, so I just tuned to cartoon channel in my decoder, behold within 10 minutes I started laughing, tho I was still sad, I continue watching that cartoon to the extent that I became happy once again.

 >## The  cartoon program was about clam and worm. The worm was having its leisure on a mouse trap.

 You can imagine someone resting on a mouse trap, that was the first thing that made me laugh, not just mouse trap, a set mouse trap.
Let me continue the story.

>## when the worm was resting on the mouse trap the clam now came, the clam now climb up a little hill, and started making noise tho was not too loud.The warm now took something and throw it on the clam, with hope that the clam will run away, no one can imagine what happened. 
>## The clam now came and positioned itself at the back of the warm and  started shouting, the worm was shock that  it jumped up in fear and was  trapped by the mouse trap it was resting on.

Honestly I laughed and laughed and laughed.
I realized that some things made for children and actually good for adults too.

Cartoon programs are actually made for children, but sometimes when an adult view such programs you see yourself laughing over nothing. Laughter is the best medication for stress, depression and sad mode and cartoon will always make you laugh.
Watching cartoon programs helps an adult to build or enhance self confidence.
Watching cartoon programs relieves memories.
Watching cartoon teaches adult how to make real friends in the society.


I advice adults in this community to try and watch cartoon programs.
