There is a slight difference. With the cooking there is a real-time component that complicates matters. With the programming and puzzling, there is no timer ticking down that potentially spells a disastrous meal! Although that would be funny to see someone network a house in minimal time, with random bugs and crashes happening the longer you took!

lol, that would be funny. I actually thought about this a little longer because the working backwards trick seemed so easy I kind of wondered why I didn't think of that rotfl. But I came to the conclusion, when solving a puzzle there is continuous 'brainactivity' trying different approaches, trying to find new logic. When cooking I get distracted, because there is also waiting time, nothing to do. Then I think I can do something else in the meantime, but that never works out great for the meal :)
