Hello friends, hope we all are having a great day. It is with pleasure that I want to let you all now how my activities were like through this diary.
My day started when I woke up in the morning. I actually woke up with a headache. That was around 4.34am. It was terribly disturbing. It has been like this for some time now. So I said my prayers and went to the sitting room. I waited for the children to wake up, and we had our morning worship.
Soon thereafter, they got ready for school, took their breakfast and I dropped them off at school. Once I got back, I got ready and went to see a doctor, who also prescribed some drugs for me. However, he noted that my blood level was short of what is required, thus the need to build it back.

I paid and went to the steemit office, when I got there, I invited a young friend of mine over and immediately wooed him into joining steemit platform, I explained everything about it to him and how it works. Which he agreed to come with the sister and sign up.

My aim is to promote steem to as many people as possible and create an enabling environment where it could be accepted as a medium of exchange.
I later went to pick up a particular leaf which is used locally to build up your blood without taking the orthodox drugs. So I went to a friend's wife shop to pick it up. While there, I highlighted the importance of joining steemit once more to her, letting her know that she can actually accept steem for payment for the goods she sells. She is into women's wig and attachment hairs and their several types. She also adds jewelries to it too. She was signed on by my wife immediately.

The leaf in question is called is called within my locality *blood of Jesus*. The botannical name is **Justicea Carnea**. This name is attributed to it because, when the leaves are soaked in hot water for about 15mins or boiled, the boiled water turns into what looks like a purplish-red color or deep wine red. It is a plant that grows just like a normal grass but with so many healing capabilities.

It has been found to be rich in iron, riboflavin, many Viamins like A,C,E B12, etc. So many within the locality take it as a blood builder, even helping pregnant women in many cases. In some healthcare centre, some nurses would even recommend it for their patients to jelp build their blood fast.
Thr good part of this leafy plant is that it does not have any taste. You can take it just like tea and add milk to it. So I started taking the herbal water immediately I got home. As at the time of my writing this diary, the dizziness I feel is as good as gone. Thanks to the almighty for such wonderful provision and for giving us the wisdom to know its uses.
This is just one of the herbal plants used to cure some anaemia in my locality.

In the evening, when I went back home, my children were already back from and they had homeworks to do. I assisted them do their school homework, thereafter, we had good chat with them, played a little before we all retired to bed, to get the needed rest my body needs.
