### <center> *Hi everyone i hope you are all doing well out there and coping with all these lock downs as i said in my last post i was given a choice weather to go back to Australia or stay in Thailand well i decided to stay in Thailand and am isolating on a beautiful island called Koh Samui in a company bungalow that was set aside free of cost for me well i couldn't have asked for more i am totally feeling safe and relaxed over here.*

Had  my run and swim on the beach only saw about 3 or 4 people on the whole beach came back had my coffee and blueberry toasted sandwich.

After a small breakfast i decided to take a drive to the supermarket to stock up on some fruits and veggies there is a supermarket here on the island of Koh Samui called Villa Market if i remember and i was hoping this Villa Market would be open because they import some of the best fruits and veggies from Australia and America and a reasonable price.

And yes i struck it lucky the Villa Market was still there and it was open so i grab a few things without over stocking because i did ask if they were going to continue to stay open and if they had enough stock they said yes so this made me happy.

Driving back to my bungalow the streets were empty apart from a few motor bike taxis and delivery people on the streets it was a ghost island.

Arriving back at my bungalow i unpack the groceries and decide to prepare my lunch luckily i have a small kitchen with a hotplate , so out comes  a nice piece of grilled fish with some chopped up salad with a sprinkle of lemon and , i must say this is yummy considering i prepare this lunch.

Well although it is very quiet around here i got to considered that it is pretty safe around here i have my internet , my beach , my cute bungalow and a beautiful colorful spring plant on my balcony that is bringing me some good energy i couldn't be more happier and you never know by the time i leave here i might be looking like the Hulk after all this running on the beach and eating healthy.
