Today I have made Chinese food Chili Chicken in Bengali style. Most of the time I was sitting at home during this epidemic. So the thought of eating all kinds of food came to my mind. Today I suddenly wanted to eat Chili Chicken. So I went to the market to buy ingredients for making 1 kg boneless chicken and chili chicken.

Boneless chicken 1 kg
2 tablespoons of cornflower
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of Kashmiri chili powder
Like the amount of salt
Like the amount of yellow
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
3 tablespoons of soy sauce

3 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste

First, you have to wash the meat well and leave it for a while to remove the water. Then when the water drips from the meat, you have to marinate the meat with cornflower, Kashmiri, chili, salt, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, and the same amount of soybean. Keep it for 30 minutes.
On the other hand, in a bowl, mix some water, flour, and cornflower and soy sauce with green chili sauce and tomato sauce to make a mixture. In a pan, fry the garlic with a little soybean oil until brown. Then fry onion, capsicum, and brown. Then you have to pour the mixture into it. Then you have to make gravy with some water. You have to cook like this for 5 minutes.

On the other hand, in another pan, fry the marinated meat well. Then pour the fried meat in the gravy. Cook the pan for 15 minutes and take it down. Then the delicious chili chicken will be cooked.
