Breaking news. Another case of SMOGNLF, a Sudden Moment Of Great Natural Light Frenzy.  And yes, I fell victim to this condition.  After a short summer storm, at dusk, a sudden outburst of dramatic and beautiful sunlight transformed my unremarkable neighborhood into a strongly colored place with a trace of the rainbow.  With the night approaching fast, these light situation couldn't last long, so I went from the lethargic mood that I was in the whole day into the sudden and maniacal frenzy. Where is the camera? Shit, the battery is not in? Why is everything changing so fast !? Hey, wait for a minute with that strong orange fire in the sky, I have to set the exposure manually! Don't ask why - it's just the way I do things, ok?  So I went in front of the house, took a few frenetic shots there.  Then back inside, trying to get some atmospheric shots through the window with some droplets on it.  Then through the curtains to see what will that procedure bring to the picture.  Then out again. And finally, I thought ... hey man, wouldn't the church look great and apocalyptic in that light?  So I jumped in my car, only in my boxer pants and no driver license or any appropriate document, drove fast 300 or 400 meters to the main church here in town, St Agnes with to towers. There are some restoration works on the towers and as a silhouette, this works great. And yes, it was raining all the way. But summer rain is a pleasant thing. And that's it, after a half an hour, I was calm an rational again, drinking Turkish coffee (I mean Turkish as a way to prepare coffee, it was just a local coffee, but cooked in that particular way, not instant, espresso or mocha ) and watching the photographs on PC, thinking why all this excitement for a bunch of pictures... and I was sane again, with no particular treatment involved.
