That is horrible. They need to take a look at small modular nuclear reactors. Those things are awesome. Immune to meltdowns and totally scale-able. It is too bad Nuscale Energy couldn't get their foot in the door over there.

It is all about how much they can make and not about the country. The greedy individuals are just raping the country and when they are removed someone just takes their place. The mindset is just totally wrong and with little or no punishment it will continue. I am sure it happens all over the world,but this is plundering on a new level.
