Morgan Stanley has decided that they would like to weigh in on the Bitcoin market and give their opinion on how things should operate. According to an article I read courtesy of CryptoCoinsNews.Com and originally written by Samuraj Das,

"Bitcoin Needs Regulation to Boom: Morgan Stanley" Did we ask for Morgan Stanley's opinion on Bitcoin? Absolutely not. But they certainly don't care what we as everyday citizens think because they don't seem to be backing down on this issue. Oh yes, they're trying to speak positively and give their take on what they think would create an ever greater boom for Bitcoin, but as I see it, Bitcoin has done pretty darn well for itself and doesn't need any help from the corporate elite. 

I wish I could say that it's only Morgan Stanley, but it most certainly is not the case and that is why I expressed  some similar concerns in a video blog that I did yesterday. I fear that the decentralized could become centralized..... Trust me, that's not as far fetched as it sounds. I hope it doesn't happen because I do not want it to happen.... Ever!

They tried to pull off a Bitcoin ETF a few months ago and all that would have done is add more regulations that none of us would have wanted. Thankfully, the SEC struck it down and didn't approve it. Now, I'm hearing rumors that a Swiss Investment Fund wants to create an ETF basket of cryptocurrencies to be launched later on this year. The growing interest is exciting in one way, but let's not be blinded by the recent flattery by the "big shots" in power. 
  
  It kind of reminds me of the Movie, "It's a Wonderful Life" when 'Mr Potter, (played by Lionel Barrymore) the greedy mogul tried to offer 'George Bailey',  (played by Jimmy Stewart) all the money in the world in exchange for complete loyalty. Everything turned out fine in the movie and the side of right Ultimately prevailed. I just hope that the same will hold true in the cryptocurrency world. I believe it can, but we can't let our guard down because that is the first step to seeing a successful system fall into the wrong hands.
