It is no news that more than 70% of the world’s population own either an android phone or a computer or any form of illuminated device .Most people even work online as gull time job this makes them glue to the screen for more than 9 hours a day.
It has been medically  proven that constant contact with the screen can lead to the eyes being over stressed and may further lead to minor complications or even major complications in the future .

<center>Objectives of this Study </center>

- This piece of work is therefore aimed at finding out some effects on how too much exposure to the phone or computer screen may have on the eyes.
- To discover how steemians who have long joined the platform manage their browsing time and how they minimise eyes related issues to the screen  
- To find out safe methods steemians can effectively work with their phone or computer screens in order to minimise less or no eye damage so as to ensure the sustainability of this ecosystem.(steemit)

This post is therefore a form of awareness and and to gather the necessary information needed for the study.
In this regard, to be able to sample the opinions of various steem users both young and old i will plead for special authorisation of this article to  published in ,@steem-cameroon and the new @newcomers communities .This is because i intend to reach as many respondents as possible and to get to both new and old users of this platform.
