#  <center> Margraten Limburg 8289 graves today was Remembrance Day. American Ambassador Hoekstra and our King WILLEM Alexander were their to honour the lost soldiers.

# More than 8,000 soldiers are buried at this only American cemetery in the Netherlands.  The majority fell during the liberation of the south-east of the Netherlands in W.O.  II and the advance through Germany.  The cemetery is visible far into the periphery through a thirty-meter-high tower.  The territory of the cemetery has been made available for perpetual use to the government of the United States of America.
