So we all remember or in my case hear of the housing crisis that happened in 2008, Well let me drop a few statistics on the scope of the damage done by government.

8.7 Million job's were lost in just one year alone, now thanks to the federal reserve and politicians they have been lucky to print a crap ton of money in that year and years after, what this has done is artificially bring prices back up jobs have been slowly creeping back to recover the job losses.

let's not be fooled the Federal government is the largest investor in american real estate, why well because they created an environment where business would be guaranteed to fail, then they blame it on the private corporations and slowly tell the people that we must work towards nationalizing housing.

This is a good topic because obviously they have already nationalized the housing industry if you ask me, well Just go to the government website designed for housing its all right there on the web.

You can buy a house from the government! If you don't call that nationalization then I don't know what you would call nationalization.

So Billy is looking to buy a home he checks every neighborhood with the hopes of finding a home he can afford, it so happens that the cheapest house he can fine is a trailer and it is going to cost 80,000.

Billy looks for a number to call, it seems as though he can only get the number for the realtor which has become part of the normal process.

What Billy does not know is that he has already been tricked, he was not aware that there are homes that could cost him only 30 to 40 thousand and be just as good and possibly better, the reason we can't find these cheap homes is because they are not allowed to exist.

The laws, regulations, codes, and fees that apply to the housing industry make it very expensive not because the materials cost a lot or because employees get paid to much the real reason homes cost so much is because they must be built the way government wants and exactly how they want, which tends to cost a lot of money.

So Billy has already been deceived he believes that 80,000 is the cheapest home there is which is not true it is just the cheapest home that is allowed to exist, we can thank our all knowing politicians for making sure we are safe and able to live in good homes :)

The problem with that is Billy cannot afford an 80,000 dollar trailer and plus with interest rates going up he really can't afford it, so billy is stuck renting or living on the street, but if he is lucky he will have his mom's place to crash.

I am tired of people not caring about the problem and instead they worry about the effects of the problem and try to fix the effects which does not work at all.

So how do we help Billy actually afford a home, well we could start by ending the subsidies into the housing market next we would have to start repealing all regulations that are barriers to entry into the housing industry and from there repeal all government regulations.

This would give us homes we can afford and pay off before we die, if we want to save our children's futures we must get the government out of the housing industry did we not learn from the Soviet Union? Well obviously not
