I like to see the innovation but it still looks like Minnowbooster is bouncing transactions. This would be a good option for anyone who needs to take a vacation but I'd like to see the technical issues get resolved before I try it. Any idea when normal voting service will be resumed? If you have a look on steemd.com you can frequently see this message *"Sorry, we could not upvote you with $xx.xxx, please try a different amount, sends 8 SBD and up work good and small sends like 0.1 SBD too."* Is this a Minnowbooster issue or a Steemit platform issue? Maybe a bit of both?

In order to solve this issue the new feature "sell your vote to minnowbooster" has been initiated by the team to streamline the current scenario. And people who are having decent SP have started joining the program "sell your vote to minnowbooster", its still in early stage and with this new feature upto 0.8 sbd has been started accepting and once we have more numbers joining this program we can see the higher bids will also get covered up. So i think its great feature and minnowbooster always provide professional service to the best of my knowledge and its in beta stage and once it is out of beta every other sbd bid will be taken care of. Thank you.

Funny thing this bounce is exactly because we are currently lacking sell voters. Minnowbooster can only vote really big like 15 dollars or more. And sellers for medium range are in high demand

Im wondering, why not just move some SP to a copy of MB so it's easier to make smaller votes? What I think I understand is that your SP is too high to accurately place smaller votes... Why not mb1 and mb2? Divide the SP amongst them....

This is exactly intended and how our new system works. We just don't have the amount of sellers for the amount of people wanting an upvote yet. So our system notices all people in that range are on low voting power and sends you back your money so you can try a different amount. 8SBD and up is minnowbooster with enough power to vote all the time. 0.1SBD and under we have many minnows so these sends are more likely to work.

Ok, I understand it now. I had assumed that mid range vote bids would be filled by large SP holders using a lower vote weight as that is how I thought the old system worked.
