เรื่อง การทำกระท้อนทรงเครื่อง

สวัสดีคะเพื่อน steem ทุกๆท่าน ช่วงนี้เป็นช่วงมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคใต้มีฝนตกมากและลมแรงอันตรายมากกับบ้านเรือนและพืชผักที่ปลูกไว้ ลมแรงพัดกระท้อนที่แม่ปลูกไว้ร่วงไปหลายลูก แม่ของฉันและตัวฉันเองชอบปลูกต้นไม้ แรกๆจะปลูกไว้กินเองถ้าเหลือกินก็ขายหรือแปลรูปขาย. อย่างวันนี้จะมาสอนวิธีทำกระท้องทรงเครื่องขายกันคะ เนื่องจากช่วงนี้เป็นฤดูผลไม้ และที่บ้านแม่ก็มีกระท้อนอยู่ 1 ต้น ย้ำว่า ต้นเดียวคะ เป็นลูกเยอะมากๆ กระท้อนที่แม่ปลูกไว้รสชาติดีมากๆเนื้อข้างในสีขาวเป็นปุยและรสหวานมีเพื่อนบ้านมาขอซื้อแม่ก็จะขายบ้างให้ฟรีบ้าง คนในหมู่บ้านจะได้กินกันทุกปี แต่ก็ยังมีอีกเยอะ ฉันที่เป็นลูกสาวกับน้าไรหลานแม่

น้าไรจึงช่วยกันปอกลูกกระท้อนและแช่น้ำเกลือไว้เพื่อไว้ทำกระท้อนทรงเครื่องขาย ฉันจะเป็นคนเอาไปขายให้แม่  ขายกระท้องทรงเครื่องมาปีนี้เป็นปีที่3 แล้วคะ 

เตรียมเครื่องกันคะ
1. น้ำตาลปี้ป                        1. กก.
2. น้ำตาลทรายสีแดง.      1 กก.
3. กะปิละลายน้ำ                3 กรัม
4. เกลือ.  หรือน้ำปลา        2 ช้อน
5. หัวหอมแขกหั่นฝอย.    3 กรัม
6. พริกแห้งสีแดงหั่นสัก.  1 กำมือ  
7. มะพร้าวคั่ว ไว้ใส่โรยหน้าตัวจะทาน
8. ถั่วคั่ว ไว้ใส่โรยหน้าเหมือนกัน
        
วิธีทำ
    -      ปอกกระท้อนแช่น้ำเกลือทิ้งไว้ถ้าเกิดลูกที่ยังไม่สุกดีแช่น้ำเกลือให้นานจะทำให้หายจากรสผาด ถ้าสุกดีแล้วก็ไม้ต้องแช่นานมากน้ำเกลือจะทำให้ผิวกระท้อนที่ปอกแล้วไม่แดง. เมื่อกระท้อนแช่น้ำเกลือได้ที่แล้วก็เอาขึ้นจากน้ำเอามีดกรีดให้เป็นเส้นเท่าๆกัน พักรอไว้ก่อนนะค่ะ

      -      มาทำน้ำราดกันคะ เริ่มจากเอาน้ำตาลทั้งสองอย่าง จาก ข้อ1ข้อ2 ใส่หม้อรอ ใส่กะปิ เกลือหรือน้ำปลาใส่น้ำนิดนึงตั้งไฟกลางพอคะ พอเดือดดีค่อยใส่หอมซอย พริกแห้งลงไป ชิมรสคะเอาที่เราชอบ จะรสหวานนำเค็มตาม. ต้องรอให้เย็นก่อนถึงจะเอามาราดกระท้อนได้
