Caring for health and paying attention to physical examination! 关爱健康， 重视体检！

这两天单位组织体检。每年一次的体检，今年来的有点晚，算起来也有一年半的时间了，也许好饭不怕晚吧。 以前的体检感觉都是走走过场， 并没有什么实际的意义，想要了解自己的情况还是的去医院详细检查。因此有的人要么不去， 要么把体检的名额送给了亲戚朋友。 但是今年的体检必须携带本人身份证，不允许代替。 这么正式的体检， 我到真想看看与往年有啥不同。

要求7点前到，我约莫了一下时间，坐车来到了体检处，还好，人不是很多。这个体检中心还是第一次来过，虽然不大， 但是里面装修很温馨，干净整洁，导诊护士温柔含笑，非常可亲，一下子就拉近了距离。在导诊的安排下， 大家有序的进行着每个项目的检查。血常规，尿检，心电图，彩超，这项最重要，有没有病， 通过彩超就能查出来。

增加了经颅多普勒，幽型螺旋杆菌测试， 内科，外科，一般检，还有CT拍片。 大夫说想要小孩的，这个不能做， 会有辐射。以前这个我们只做胸透，今年是这个样子， 曾经在电视上看到过，感觉很恐怖。 带着忐忑之心，做了， 时间很快， 一会儿也结束了。 妇科体检多了一个TCT宫颈癌前筛查。据说这个病的发病率很高， 女性朋友一定要重视， 初期阶段是可以治好的， 但是如果发现晚了， 就会影响生命。

对于我们这些经常伏案工作的人来说，不爱运动，整天对着电脑，基本上早上上班第一时间打开电脑，晚上离开最后关掉电脑， 回到家， 做点什么也需要在电脑上完成。 不能不说身体一直处于亚健康状态。大夫的建议就是多走走， 多运动， 多呼吸新鲜空气。




体检的时候有个年轻小伙， 估计也就20才出头，血压高，心率快，大夫说要注意休息， 晚上不能熬夜。随时关注血压变化。 我想熬夜是现在每个年轻人几乎都正在经历的事情，要么奋斗，工作很晚， 要么有的玩游戏， 彻夜不归，这都严重的影响着身体健康。一旦积劳成疾，后悔晚矣。 




这次体检，时间很快，效率很高，整个流程1个半小时左右就结束了，结束后有个简单的早餐。 现在的体检升级了，下载个APP, 就可以查到自己的电子体检报告。经过这次的体检，我觉得每年的体检还是要有的，要引起自己足够的重视，起码对自己的身体有个了解，及时做到防患于未然。
