In May, it is the season of Flos Sophorae in Dalian. No matter when you walk on the street, you can all see the blooming Sophorae. You can also smell the fragrance of pagoda. The breeze is floating, and the fragrance of the pagoda will stop you and make you breathe the air greedily.

 I heard that sophora dumplings, and sophora tea are very nice to eat and drink so today , I will share the sophorae pies with you . I made it with my electric pot and the pies are very delicious . If you are interested , you can have a try, but you should do it at once , or the flowers are gone. 


5月份，正是滨城大连槐花飘香的季节，无论你走到那条街上，都能开到盛开的槐花，都能闻到槐花的清香。微风飘过，槐花醉人的清香就会让你不自觉的停下来，贪婪的多吸几口。听说槐花包饺子，包子， 泡茶喝都特别好，今天我也试着做槐花馅饼。

这些槐花都是老公亲自在我家后面山上摘的，他说，后面山上有颗老槐树，一会儿就摘了一大包。而且还没有全开的槐花是最好吃的，如果开过了，就没有清香味了。

槐花的营养价值也很高，我后来查了一下度娘，度娘说:

>槐花味道清香甘甜，富含维生素和多种矿物质，同时还具有清热解毒、凉血润肺、降血压、预防中风的功效。
　槐花还可以用于肝火上炎之头痛头胀、目赤、眩晕等。现代临床亦常用于高血压属肝火偏旺者，有清肝明目降压之功。可单用煎汤代茶，或配夏枯草、菊花等同用。

这么好的槐花怎么能不吃上一回呢？ 今天我就用这些槐花做了一回槐花馅饼，没想到出乎意料，非常的好吃。这是限时限量的美味。现在我就把槐花馅饼的做法分享给大家。 

材料：
槐花
面粉
肉馅
五香粉
葱花
料酒
酱油
盐

做法： 

将槐花洗净， 用开水料一下，然后放入凉水投凉。浸泡2个小时，这样去掉槐花的涩和甜味。喜欢吃甜味的也可以少泡一会儿。

泡好的槐花，跟肉馅搅拌均匀， 加料酒，葱，酱油，五香粉，盐适量。

提前活好面，一定用烫面，这样面皮软。

将馅放到擀好的皮中，包成包子形状，然后压扁，成了馅饼。

电火锅里放油，两面煎熟，就可以吃了。

我做的馅饼，虽然皮厚了点，但是一点不影响槐花馅饼的美味。咬上一口，有股淡淡的槐花清香，吃完后，口中还有点槐花的味道。

老公说，今年槐花要过了， 看来想吃也只能等明年了。 所以说想吃槐花要趁早，因为槐花也就10多天的时间， 而要花骨朵则时间更短，所以享受美味也要赶紧下手啊！
