Day 588 | Below 64kg (Part 4)

I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work and my personal life...

I dipped below the 64 kg mark 3 times before but was never able to continue the trend down and always bounced back a bit or stayed within that range. I guess the one who persevere wins and yesterday it was the 4th time I dipped below it. I still want to get somewhere around 62kg and maintain that. 

Tuesday was another fantastic family day. I made dinner for everyone during the afternoon, went to get my youngest niece from school, we watched some youtube together and I played some nintendo switch (celeste)  along with my oldest niece and we also played the cardgame set.

I'm not sure yet if I will attend a hot yoga class on wednesday. I've got quite some things I want to get done and the evening cup matches just start 15 minutes too early for me to get back in time in case I would join a morning class. I did again have an excellent night sleep.
