Weekly Goals & Objectives

<center><b>I switched my regular posting time to late in the evening instead of early in the moring in order to get the actifit reports into the daily posts. The main difference is that I'm not as sharp in the evening and less focussed on actually setting goals. Staring the day reviewing the last one instantly setting new goals for the day works a lot better compared to reviewing the day in the evening. In an attempt to restore the balance I will try to sit down each monday and make a list of goals and objectives for the week with an evaluation of the past week. </b></center>

<b><h1>Week Goals</h1></b>

<b><h3>Food</h3></b> My healthy eating habits have mostly held up but I have started to eat gluten again with some bread and waffles last week. I backwards rationalised it as a test to see how my skin would react. With the many bikram Yoga classes I have been taking my skin really cleared up to the best it has been in years. I usually slowly start eating less healthy options each time my skin is clear. I'm not sure how long it takes for this to give a reaction, but it always comes at some point and can quickly turn into a flare again causing me to eat even more unhealthy. So this week I really want to eat fully clean whole food plant based just to see if I can maintain or even improve the current state my skin is in. The week after if everything stays clear, I will start eating tomatoes again to see if that gives a reaction. So a lot of clean eating ahead. I better plan some time in the kitchen :)

<b><h3>Work Out</h3></b>If anything, I have done a lot of working out so far this month. 9 hot Yoga Classes, playing tennis weekly, reaching the actifit 10000 steps goal almost daily, going swimming, beating my personal running record yesterday. As a result I am at probably the fittest I have ever been, but I have also started to get some back pain. I know my sitting position is not exactly the most optimal and my style of playing tennis is also very heavy on my back with a lot of top spin. Combined with the yoga it seems to be too much for it to handle right now. So this week will be more about trying to take it a bit easy to first fix my back. 

<b><h3>Betting</h3></b>Sports Betting remains a big part of my weekly activity. I could easily spend 48 hours a day on it if that was possible. Right now my main focus is on handicapping and following the Belgain League along with the belgian teams in Europe. The combination betting / steemit / scorum gives me a certain routine really works for me. Expanding my betting activity is right now simply not my priority so I'm sticking to limiting myself in this regard right now.

<b><h3>Crypto</h3></b>This time last year I was putting a lot of time into learning all about crypto researching and buying different coins. The bear markt put me a bit away from crypto so far this year, but it seems like a good time right now to get into it again more. There are still many things I need to do like finally getting my own EOS wallet and transferring my balance on the exchange there. There are some positions I want to increase or decrease so I want to start getting in a flow again of putting a bit more time into it.

<b><h3>Steemit</h3></b>Steemit became something I put a lot of time into this past year. The idea of being able to earn a bit of fixed income over time while using the platform as personal blogs for my personal improvement journey along with a way to stay sharp in my betting activity really pulls me in. I also started a daily upvote group project (@upvteshares) which took up quite some time to setup. Right now it's a couple days a month that it requires my time to move to the next level. This week I just want to keep my daily posting routine up & finish up Level 5 of my @upvoteshares project without overly wasting time in making articles that litirally take up hours to make which I used to do in the past.

<b><h3>Social Life / Dating</h3></b>If I were to rank importance of things I want to achieve and improve in these 365 days this would be on top of the list. My actions haven't been anywhere but close to this so far and it's far below on the list of things I have done. The main reasons is that I still have to learn to enjoy it. Eating healthy, working out and making some money by now all are things I actually enjoy and can do almost automatically. Social interactions are often really exhausting for me even though I can see that putting in the time to get better at them will be really rewarding. Something I always wanted to do is to drop everything else and go all out at it. Right now this is not really an option though so I will be reserving at least 30 minutes to an hour each day on a consistant basis to imporve myself in this area. I plan on putting some audio books on my phone to listen to during my actifit walks starting with "How To Win Friends And Influence People" The goal is to have it completed by the end of the week. I will also continue a conversation I have been having with a very introverted girl on a dating app and begin swiping on Tinder again starting some fresh conversations.

<b><h3>Distractions / Addictions</h3></b>One of the things that has been really difficult even though it imporved a lot already is the nofap / noporn. Even though I ideally would like to remove those as habbits, right now I'm just not there yet. What I am going to do it is to limit it to twice in a week which seems like an average I believe I can maintain. So that's where to goal is set for next week. I have also been watching a bit more television lately because I was more tired near the end of each day and have my PS4 installed again even though I haven't played much. I will be recording the couple shows I'm following and will be watching at times I need a bread fast forwarding the commercials just to save some time.
