<center><a href="https://pexels.com/photo/notebook-1226398 "><img src="https://steemitimages.com/0x0/https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQma2iGHRU95x2Gm4gfD897zDciHLHTawZy3iPrvGwoEgwR/image.png"></a></center> <center>In these weekly posts I try to set myself some goals and follow up what has been achieved in order to find a better balance and move forward in my life.</center> <hr> <b><h2>Week #3 Summary</h2></b> I'm a bit shocked to see this is already the 4th week into these, time really flies. I consider week 3 as another fail week. Aside from staying active (at least there is that) I have been out of the flow last couple weeks and it's not enjoyable having to make these posts. Doing so does leave me with only 1 choice though which is to do better next week which I am certainly planning to. There is an international break in the soccer season which leaves me with pretty much 10 days of free time. Goals Week #3|Outcome -|- - No Mental Negotiations|** - 100% Whole Food Plant Based|** - Make cauliflower-mushroom soup|***** - Continue Active Lifestyle|***** - Continue Betting / Blogging Routine|***** - Make more plans for 10 Days Off|* - No Distractions (No Porn / NoFap)|* <hr> <b><h2>Week #4 objectives</h2></b> <b>Food:</b> Even though I haven't been eating as clean as I wanted to with the occasional candy bar / waffles / french Fries & even potato chips. My skin has remained quite clear. I have been avoiding tomatoes which might just be what causes flares. The goal this week once again is to just fully eat whole food plant based. having more time now should make this less of a challenge. I did try out a new recipe last week (Mushroom-cauliflower soup) and will try to make a habit of spending time in the kitchen making 1 brand new plant based recipe. It's always nice to discover new options. <b>Work Out:</b> I want to start doing reps again. Since I will be doing hot yoga for an entire year, I will spend a lot of time watching myself nearly naked in the mirror. Even though I'm quite pleased where I'm at, there is still quite some room for improvement to really show stronger muscles. I have neglected my power station and daily reps drawing board for a while but i will be getting back at it. Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Knee-Ups, Push-Ups, Planking & Side Planking will be the exercises I will be keeping track of on a daily basis. I also plan to be really active this week. - <b>Monday</b>: Hot Yoga (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) - <b>Tuesday</b> Swimming ( ~1km) (+100 Reps) - <b>Wednesday</b>: Moring Hot Yoga (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) - <b>Thursday</b>: Tennis 2 Hours (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) - <b>Friday</b>: Hot Yoga (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) - <b>Saturday</b>: Reps Day (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) - <b>Sunday:</b> Running (+Actifit) (+100 Reps) <hr> <b>Social / Dating Life:</b> I am totally out of my mindset to meet new people and improve socially. It has been on the bottom of my priority list for a while. I will go to a speed dating event on Wednesday though. I can't say I really look forward to it but there will also be some friends there so it should at least be a fun evening and who knows. There is someone I'd like to get to know better even if she is quite a bit younger than me. It's been a while I talked to her on facebook but I will at least initiate a conversation again this week. <b>Distractions:</b>This was a big fail last week but I will go with the all or nothing approach again with the goal to make it into nothing. <b>Crypto:</b> I've neglected the crypto markets like many during the entire bear market and mostly kept myself to staying active on Steemit & Scorum. I will start doing more research again and move some fund and coins around to be ready for when the next bull run eventually happens. Some things on my list are to move my EOS from the exchange and create my own wallet, have a closer look into BAT actually trying it out.
