There are some people we see everywhere and we wonder why they act the way they do, they usually have a kind of annoying attitude, they can just decide to keep a long face all through the day and you begin to wonder what the problem might be with them. I wanted to do some kind of research on the reason why some of them are like that and I got to realize that some of them just have a big issue of depression.

These people who should be termed as having hidden depression usually have sleepless nights, inability to sleep and a usually weird type of sleeping habit.

These set of people are the ones who do not like their weakness to be shown has they always have a mask on.
They are the ones who always make excuses for not been able to go out with you or avoid some kind of places.

They usually do not like the idea of asking people for help, they believe that they can achieve all that they want on their own.

They have painful memories that they find difficult to express, so they try all they can to avoid it in any way possible.

A depressed person is usually over sensitive about things in his or environment and the fear is always present although he or she looks for ways to hide them.
